I run one session per day,
Monday to Friday 1 - 4pm and one session on Saturday 10am-1pm.

We do have other sessions available in the evening for groups of 3 or more people.

Ours is a small studio with a capacity of 8 people. The idea is that if we can keep it small then you get better service.
